Wash the potatoes well and boil them in a pressure cooker using salted water for about 6 minutes.

After the potatoes are boiled them in cold water and remove the skins from the potatoes.

Peel and wash the potatoes with clean water, then cut them into medium-sized pieces using a sharp knife.

If you feel that the amount of boiled potatoes is too much, keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and use it.

Remove the unwanted parts of onion, garlic, curry powder, ginger, and green pepper and wash them well with clean water.
